1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ko999 platform and all its services. ko999 is an online gaming and cricket betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the ko999 platform.

ko999 reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. These Terms have been established to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and a fair experience for all members.

2 Account Registration

Each user must create a personal account to access services on the ko999 platform. The following provisions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• ko999 may request additional documents at any time to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. If documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must be active and personally your own.

3 Age & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be fully 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• ko999 may request a national identity card or birth certificate as proof of age.
• If a minor operates an account by providing false information, all transactions on that account will be considered void and deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Operating an account from any restricted area or country is not permitted.

4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your ko999 account. The relevant provisions are:

• Do not share your username or password with anyone. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify ko999 support immediately.
• Transferring, selling or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact [email protected] immediately or use live chat.
• ko999 will never ask for your password or full payment details via email, SMS or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a sign of fraud.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for making deposits on the ko999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• After a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. The name of the depositor and the account holder must be the same.
• ko999 reserves the right to hold funds in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions until verification is completed.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method by which the deposit was made.
• Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Fulfilling wagering requirements is mandatory to withdraw bonus winnings (see Section 6 for details).
• ko999 may request additional documents before processing a withdrawal under its anti-money laundering policy.
• For bank transfers, additional bank processing time may apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ko999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming a bonus:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per person.
• Claiming the bonus requires fulfilling a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Before wagering is fulfilled, only the original deposit amount can be withdrawn, but in that case the bonus will be cancelled.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses must be used for legitimate purposes only. If bonus abuse or bonus hunting activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• ko999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• The expiry of a bonus offer will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

7 Betting Rules

The following general provisions apply to betting on ko999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless ko999 decides to void it due to incorrect information or a technical issue.
• ko999 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or pricing.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) are displayed next to each event or game.
• If an attempt is made to gain an advantage by placing multiple bets on a single event from one account, ko999 may void those bets.
• For all sports betting including cricket, football and kabaddi, the decision of the relevant governing authority on the match result is final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, it will be settled according to ko999's own policy.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ko999 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, crawlers or any other automated software to access the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another member or operating an account in a fraudulent manner.
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards ko999 staff.
• Coordinating with any third party to influence gaming outcomes.
• Transferring funds between multiple accounts owned by the same person.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

In the case of permanent account closure, any valid balance (subject to wagering conditions being met) will be returned, unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.

13 Limitation of Liability

ko999 is not liable in the following cases:

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to internet connection or device issues.
• Data breaches caused by third parties that are outside ko999's control.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Mental, financial, or family problems arising from gaming losses.
• If the service is unavailable due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government orders, etc.).

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ko999 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

14 Changes to Terms

ko999 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:
